Delete your account
X Detailing customers can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction or dispute purposes.
Delete from the app
The X Detailing app is coming soon. Once available, open Account → Edit Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. When account deletion is available, the app will clearly warn you that deletion is permanent before the request is submitted.
If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request from your account contact details to support@xdetailing.ae or contact +971 54 399 9827. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request is from the account owner.
What is deleted or de-identified
Subject to required retention, we will delete or de-identify personal profile data, saved vehicles, saved service addresses and locations, private vehicle photos, preferences, push-notification tokens and other personal information that is no longer required.
Active bookings, refunds and disputes
If there is an active booking, pending refund, unresolved transaction or dispute, final account closure may be delayed only as reasonably necessary to resolve it. A paid subscription or outstanding financial entitlement must also be settled before final closure.
What may be retained
Transaction, receipt, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal and dispute records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law. Retaining those records does not keep your customer account active.
Membership and rewards
Membership status, points and rewards associated with the deleted account will end after applicable financial rights and obligations are settled. If you later create a new account, previous membership, points, vehicles and account history are not automatically restored.
حذف حسابك
يمكن لعملاء X Detailing طلب حذف حساباتهم والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بها نهائياً، مع مراعاة السجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو لمنع الاحتيال أو للمعاملات أو النزاعات.
الحذف من التطبيق
تطبيق X Detailing قادم قريباً. عند توفره، افتح الحساب ← تعديل الحساب ← حذف الحساب واتبع خطوات التأكيد. عند توفر حذف الحساب، سيحذرك التطبيق بوضوح من أن الحذف نهائي قبل إرسال الطلب.
إذا تعذر الوصول إلى التطبيق
أرسل طلب الحذف باستخدام بيانات الاتصال المرتبطة بحسابك إلى support@xdetailing.ae · +971 54 399 9827. قد نتخذ خطوات معقولة للتحقق من أن الطلب صادر من صاحب الحساب.
البيانات التي تُحذف أو تُزال هويتها
مع مراعاة الاحتفاظ الإلزامي، نحذف أو نزيل هوية بيانات الملف الشخصي والمركبات المحفوظة وعناوين الخدمة والمواقع وصور المركبات الخاصة والتفضيلات ورموز الإشعارات وغيرها من المعلومات الشخصية التي لم تعد مطلوبة.
الحجوزات والاستردادات والنزاعات النشطة
قد يتأخر الإغلاق النهائي للحساب بالقدر الضروري بصورة معقولة لحل حجز نشط أو استرداد معلق أو معاملة أو نزاع لم يُحل. كما يجب تسوية الاشتراك المدفوع أو الاستحقاق المالي القائم قبل الإغلاق النهائي.
البيانات التي قد يُحتفظ بها
قد يُحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات والإيصالات والضرائب والمحاسبة ومنع الاحتيال والسجلات القانونية والنزاعات حيث يفرض القانون أو يسمح بذلك. ولا يعني الاحتفاظ بهذه السجلات بقاء حساب العميل نشطاً.
العضوية والمكافآت
تنتهي حالة العضوية والنقاط والمكافآت المرتبطة بالحساب المحذوف بعد تسوية الحقوق والالتزامات المالية المعنية. إذا أنشأت حساباً جديداً لاحقاً، فلن تُستعاد تلقائياً العضوية أو النقاط أو المركبات أو سجل الحساب السابق.
