Privacy Policy
This policy explains how X DETAILING MOBILE CAR WASH (“X Detailing”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website, mobile application and services in the UAE.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect your name, verified mobile number, email address, account identifiers, vehicle information, service address and location, booking history, service preferences, payment and transaction references, customer support communications, device and push-notification identifiers, and vehicle photos you choose to provide.
2. Location and photos
Location information is used to identify the service location and, where enabled, support service tracking during an active booking. Vehicle photos are used for vehicle identification and service-related purposes. We limit access according to operational need.
3. How we use information
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, verify sign-in, process and manage bookings, assign and deliver services, provide receipts and payment support, communicate service updates, operate membership and rewards features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, improve our services, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Service providers
We may use trusted technology and communications providers to operate authentication, hosting, payments, notifications, messaging and other service functions. These providers receive information only as needed for their role and subject to applicable safeguards and contractual terms.
5. Payments
Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider. X Detailing does not need to store full payment-card details when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Certain transaction, tax, accounting, dispute or legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable UAE law even after an account is deleted.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and restricted handling of operational information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. You may also manage communications and notification preferences available in the app.
9. Account deletion
You can initiate permanent account deletion through the X Detailing app when that feature is available for your account, or contact support. See our Account Deletion page for details.
10. Children
Our services are not designed for children to independently create and operate customer accounts where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل اكس ديتيلينغ لغسيل السيارات المتنقل («X Detailing» أو «نحن») مع البيانات الشخصية عند استخدام موقعنا وتطبيقنا وخدماتنا في دولة الإمارات.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
بحسب استخدامك للخدمات، قد نجمع الاسم ورقم الهاتف المتحقق منه والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّفات الحساب ومعلومات المركبة وعنوان الخدمة والموقع وسجل الحجوزات وتفضيلات الخدمة ومراجع الدفع والمعاملات ومراسلات الدعم ومعرّفات الجهاز والإشعارات وصور المركبة التي تختار تقديمها.
2. الموقع والصور
نستخدم بيانات الموقع لتحديد مكان الخدمة ودعم تتبع الخدمة أثناء الحجز النشط عند تفعيل هذه الميزة. تُستخدم صور المركبة للتعرف عليها ولأغراض الخدمة، ويُقيد الوصول إليها بحسب الحاجة التشغيلية.
3. استخدام المعلومات
نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحسابات وتأمينها والتحقق من الدخول وإدارة الحجوزات وإسناد الخدمات وتنفيذها وتقديم الإيصالات ودعم الدفع وإبلاغك بتحديثات الخدمة وتشغيل ميزات العضوية والمكافآت والرد على طلبات الدعم ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال وتحسين خدماتنا والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية.
4. مقدمو الخدمات
قد نستعين بمقدمي خدمات تقنية واتصالات موثوقين لتشغيل المصادقة والاستضافة والدفع والإشعارات والرسائل وغيرها من وظائف الخدمة. يحصل هؤلاء على المعلومات اللازمة لدورهم فقط، وفق الضمانات والشروط التعاقدية المعمول بها.
5. المدفوعات
قد يتولى مقدم دفع خارجي معالجة المدفوعات. لا تحتاج X Detailing إلى تخزين تفاصيل البطاقة الكاملة عندما يعالجها مقدم الدفع مباشرة.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية للمدة اللازمة بصورة معقولة للأغراض الموضحة. وقد نحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات أو الضرائب أو المحاسبة أو النزاعات أو السجلات القانونية للمدة التي تقتضيها قوانين الإمارات، حتى بعد حذف الحساب.
7. الأمان
نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات، بما فيها ضوابط الوصول والتعامل المقيد مع المعلومات التشغيلية. لا يمكن لأي نظام ضمان الأمان المطلق.
8. خياراتك وحقوقك
وفق قوانين الإمارات المعمول بها، يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها والاعتراض على بعض أوجه المعالجة أو تقييدها حيث ينطبق ذلك. ويمكنك إدارة تفضيلات الاتصال والإشعارات المتاحة في التطبيق.
9. حذف الحساب
يمكنك بدء حذف حسابك نهائياً من تطبيق X Detailing عند توفر الميزة لحسابك، أو التواصل مع الدعم. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب للتفاصيل.
10. الأطفال
خدماتنا غير مصممة ليُنشئ الأطفال حسابات العملاء ويديروها بصورة مستقلة حيث يحظر القانون ذلك.
