Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to X Detailing’s website, mobile application, customer accounts, bookings and mobile car wash services in the United Arab Emirates.
1. Business
The service is operated by X DETAILING MOBILE CAR WASH, a Sole Establishment registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, under License No. 57766 (اكس ديتيلينغ لغسيل السيارات المتنقل — مؤسسة فردية).
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account and booking information and for protecting access to your device and authentication methods. We may use verification codes or supported sign-in providers to verify account access.
3. Bookings
A booking request is subject to service-area, technician, vehicle and time-slot availability. We may contact you when clarification is needed. Booking status shown in the app or confirmed through our service channels determines the operational stage of the booking.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide a safe and reasonably accessible service location, accurate vehicle information and lawful permission for the vehicle to be serviced. You should remove valuables and disclose conditions that may materially affect safe service.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices displayed or confirmed at booking apply to the selected service unless an agreed change is made. Where applicable, prices are presented inclusive of VAT. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own processing terms.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In particular, customer cancellation is free before technician travel begins; once the booking is On the Way, an AED 10 visit fee applies to customer-initiated cancellation.
7. Service concerns
Please report a service concern promptly with sufficient information for us to review it. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include re-service, credit, partial refund or full refund.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, abuse promotions or rewards, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.
9. Availability and changes
We may update features, service areas, availability, prices or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected in the current published terms or communicated where required.

الشروط والأحكام
تسري هذه الشروط على موقع X Detailing وتطبيقها وحسابات العملاء والحجوزات وخدمات غسيل السيارات المتنقل في دولة الإمارات.
1. المنشأة
تُشغّل الخدمة اكس ديتيلينغ لغسيل السيارات المتنقل (X DETAILING MOBILE CAR WASH)، وهي مؤسسة فردية مسجلة في رأس الخيمة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، برخصة رقم 57766.
2. الحسابات
أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة للحساب والحجز وحماية الوصول إلى جهازك ووسائل المصادقة. قد نستخدم رموز التحقق أو خدمات تسجيل الدخول المدعومة للتحقق من الوصول إلى الحساب.
3. الحجوزات
يخضع طلب الحجز لتوفر التغطية والفني والمركبة والموعد. قد نتواصل معك عند الحاجة إلى توضيح. تحدد حالة الحجز في التطبيق أو المؤكدة عبر قنوات الخدمة المرحلة التشغيلية للحجز.
4. مسؤوليات العميل
يجب توفير موقع خدمة آمن ويمكن الوصول إليه بصورة معقولة ومعلومات دقيقة عن المركبة وإذن مشروع لخدمتها. يُنصح بإزالة المقتنيات الثمينة والإفصاح عن الظروف التي قد تؤثر على تقديم الخدمة بأمان.
5. الأسعار والدفع
تسري الأسعار المعروضة أو المؤكدة عند الحجز على الخدمة المختارة ما لم يُتفق على تغيير. تُعرض الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيث تنطبق. قد يعالج المدفوعات مقدم دفع خارجي وفق شروط المعالجة الخاصة به.
6. الإلغاء والاسترداد
تُعد سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد جزءاً من هذه الشروط. الإلغاء مجاني قبل بدء تحرك الفني؛ وعند انتقال حالة الحجز إلى «في الطريق»، تُطبق رسوم زيارة قدرها 10 دراهم على الإلغاء من جانب العميل.
7. ملاحظات الخدمة
يرجى الإبلاغ سريعاً عن أي ملاحظة متعلقة بالخدمة مع معلومات كافية للمراجعة. قد تشمل المعالجة، بحسب الحالة، إعادة الخدمة أو رصيداً أو استرداداً جزئياً أو كاملاً.
8. الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل الخدمة أو إساءة استغلال العروض والمكافآت أو انتحال الهوية أو استخدام الخدمة في أغراض غير مشروعة.
9. التوفر والتغييرات
قد نُحدث الميزات أو مناطق الخدمة أو التوفر أو الأسعار أو هذه الشروط عند الحاجة المعقولة. ستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية في الشروط المنشورة أو يُبلّغ بها حيث يلزم.
10. الخصوصية
توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية تعاملنا مع البيانات الشخصية.
